Room temperature
The ambient temperature of a laboratory, usually taken as 23 or 25 °C. When a datasheet writes RT without a number the exact test temperature is unstated, and capacity, resistance and cycle life measured at 20 °C and 30 °C can differ.

Example
Testing methods: an example situation
Resistance immediately after a current step can differ from a ten-second value because slower polarization contributes.
Read Room temperature alongside Cycle life in this context. The number of full charge–discharge cycles a cell completes before its capacity falls to a stated fraction, usually 80 %, of its initial value under defined conditions. LFP cells reach several thousand cycles; high-energy NMC fewer.
