Isostatic pressing
Compressing a solid-state cell from all sides by fluid pressure, at hundreds of megapascals, so sulfide electrolyte particles deform and bond to the electrode particles. It replaces the calendering and wetting steps of a liquid cell.

Example
Manufacturing: an example situation
An electrode can meet coating mass targets but fail adhesion or moisture checks later.
Read Isostatic pressing alongside Calendering in this context. Compressing a dried electrode coating between rollers to set its thickness, density and porosity. It is one of the electrode-making steps in cell production.
Use in Lemonergy
Place operations and quality checks in process order.
This is a reference concept. No executable Lemonergy block has been verified for this term.
