Relative humidity
The water vapour in air as a percentage of the most it could hold at that temperature. The same air reads a different RH when warmed or cooled, so dry rooms are specified by dew point instead. Air at 25 °C and 50 % RH has a dew point of about 14 °C: any surface colder than that collects condensation.

Example
Thermal management and heat transfer: an example situation
Equal total heat in different layouts can produce different gradients. Average temperature can miss a hot spot.
Read Relative humidity alongside Condensation control in this context. Keeping liquid water out of a sealed pack that breathes as it heats and cools. Air drawn in through the pressure-equalisation vent can condense on surfaces chilled below its dew point, so designs combine membrane vents that pass air but not water, desiccant cartridges that soak up moisture, and coolant control that avoids over-chilling.
