Place the units, connect the streams and set each one up. Every kilogram is followed to a product or a loss, against the EU rows.

Drag a unit to place it on the floor; drag the floor to turn the view; click the view, then the wheel zooms (or hold Ctrl). Pipes are as thick as the square root of the mass they carry. Outlines are drawn at a symbolic size: either the unit still needs a figure (see its settings) or its sources give a count or a time, not dimensions.
What the factory makes
Every unit runs the recycling engine of the closed-loop study (how it works and where each figure comes from). Units are splits by species, so a factory conserves mass exactly. Equipment is sized from cited operating parameters; plant dynamics and controllers are not modelled yet.
