Behavior

y(t) = input history at t − connected delay(t). The worked example connects this operation to signals in Lemonergy Studio.

Interface

Variable time delay interfaceInputs or arguments on the left, observed outputs on the right. Conserving terminals appear below the component. The tables give units and behavior.Variable time delayStudio blockin0in1out0

Limits and interpretation

  • Real accepted-step history at t minus connected delay; configured positive minimum/maximum bounds, method-of-steps limit and finite buffer. Moving discontinuity arrival is not root-localized.
  • Shapes and element types are explicit. Values must be finite; automatic reshaping and unit conversion are not performed.
